Racial Micro-Aggression: Is it happening? on May 12th, 2022 @ 10:00 - 11:30am. Langley Community Services Society (LCSS) in partnership with Langley Human Dignity Coalition and funded by Resilience BC, is pleased to offer this online workshop: Speaker: Alden Habacon, one of Canada's leading Diversity and Inclusion Strategist. This workshop will explore examples of how racial microaggressions manifest in the workplace, and everyday life, and why they prevent the fostering of a diverse and inclusive culture. The session will give participants the skills to recognize microaggressions, and practical ways to respond to them in the workplace and everyday life.
